3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

4. RETURNS & REFUNDS

4.1 Our return and refund policy is available. 4.2 Engraved or personalized items are non-refundable unless defective. 4.3 To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original, unused condition and returned within 14 days of delivery. 4.4 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

5. PRODUCT WARRANTY

5.1 We offer a One year limited warranty on our watches covering manufacturing defects. 5.2 Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear. 5.3 To initiate a warranty claim, contact our customer support team with proof of purchase and a description of the issue.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

6.1 All content on our Site, including logos, images, product descriptions, and trademarks, is the property of Astral Watches and protected by intellectual property laws. 6.2 You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written permission.
