- You will receive an Email containing your tracking information once your order has been shipped from our warehouse.
- You'll be contacted by the shipping company once your package arrives
- All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays
WARRANTY
Every Astral watch comes with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty. If there's a factory defect, we're liable to fix or replace it at no cost to you. Damage caused by normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty — we can still repair it, but the cost is the client's responsibility, and it is not eligible for a free replacement. If the client would prefer a replacement in this case, a discount can be offered.
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
